Directions: 

Convenient to so many places! There are numerous "back" roads for a beautiful short drive through the country side, rich with road name changes to honor many historical early families and churches in the area. Plenty of routes with lovely scenery offer variety from the mundane. Here are a few popular routes:

From I-40 take Exit #263 and head southwest on New Hope Church Rd (Left off I-40 West, Right if heading East on 40). New Hope Church Road changes names to Arthur Minnis Road at Old NC Hwy 86 (distinct from Hwy 86). Continue for 2 more miles and Tuscany Ridge is on the Right, the last turn before the road becomes gravel (which prevents through traffic on that section of Arthur Minnis adding to the peaceful ambiance of the neighborhood). Lot 5 is down on the Right.  

From North Chapel Hill a convenient route is from MLK Blvd (Hwy 86) onto Homestead Road. At a crossroads affectionately known locally as "Calvander" at the intersection with Fayetteville Road (where that road becomes Old NC Hwy 86) Homestead Road changes names to Dairyland Road. Continue and then take Union Grove Church Road on the Right, then Left onto Arthus Minnis Road and continue for about 1.5 miles. Turn Right into Tuscany Ridge and Lot 5 down on the Right.  

From Carrboro where West  Main Street joins Hwy 54 at the Carrboro Plaza Shopping Center, turn Right on Fayetteville Road--or take Hillsborough Road to Right on Fayetteville Road--and continue to the Calvander intersection with Dairyland Road. Turn Left onto Dairyland and then take Union Grove Church Road on the Right, then Left onto Arthus Minnis Road and continue for about 1.5 miles. Turn Right into Tuscany Ridge and Lot 5 down on the Right.
